  One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff could not have been worse and are probably the dumbest people I've ever dealt with.

  Excellent location overlooking the river and i liked William took great care of us during the stay. Staff were friendly, the bed was very comfortable and service at breakfast was also good.

  Short walk into Richmond town centre and the hotel leisure club is great. The room is perfectly clean and functional.

  Beautiful view from the hill, train into London great advantage and an easy 45min stroll to the stadium. Hotel is comfortable, we would rate this 4 star at best and nice walk down to the river-front. The staff are warm, the rooms are a bit small and late breakfast appreciated as well as access to lovely swimming-pool.

  The location was beautiful and pleased to be checked on by a member of Reception staff enjoying late night cigarette in car park. The hotel was clean and at that rate I was quite happy. The service was great, the check-in was well staffed and the second room we were offered was very pleasant.

  There was little storage space for our luggage and the pillows were slightly uncomfortable. Breakfast was good, sent up a complimentary glass of wine.

  Great views, just down the road from Richmond Park and the Richmond Hills 4-star classification seems generous. The atmosphere is delightful and friendly staff - health club staff very helpfull. Changing rooms are modern, the food in permbrokes restuarant is really nice and the spa is very good.

  The shops was excellent and there was also a air handling plant was too noisy for a hotel environment. The staff were fantastic and room was comfortable. The pembrooke bar was very nicely decorated, did not clear away the coffee making facilities-i and the ONLY vegetarian option was the risotto was so dry was terrible.

  The location is fantastic and close to Richmond Park. In addition very casual even a good quality hotel and staff are pretty helpful you need anything. Rooms are large, breakfast is delicious and the leisure facilities in Cedars are also excellent.

  The location was ideal and i did not expect to have the swimming pool at the hotel. The staff were excellent, well-decorated rooms and the food was very good. The conference facilities were also very modern.

  The bar drinks were extremely expensive, the wine was also extremely slow in being served.

  Location was just right, the hotel was convenient for our stay to visit London and all staff encountered were extremely helpful. Room was clean, the breakfast was superb and the spa facilities were lovely.
