Had real good stay in beautiful town. The location was central, really close to the center of Alesund, the centre close to the cruise terminal, and Aksla park. It also was in a quiet neighborhood.

We got a room with a tub. The location was marvellous, at a medium distance from Aksla Viewpoint.

Fairly clean hotel with marvellous and amazing location in Alesund adjacent to restaurant and the cruise terminal. Centrally positioned in the center downtown in Ålesund. Nearby Lobby Bar at the Parken - great place to chill out. Very kind property employees all round.

Loved the place, had a fairly nice stay on a business trip. The staff were courteous, a real pleasure to deal with. The restaurant here was great with a very nice outdoor garden terrace, we both ordered excellent dishes❤

Had terrific stay with excellent customer service from the staff, the staff were nice, location was fantastic near from central bus station. I had fresh food for breakfast for vegans. It was centrally located for seeing Kube Art Museum.

The room at the Rica Hotel Scandinavie was the largest we have ever had in Europe. The room and bathroom were well maintained and clean. The breakfast was quite large and satisfying. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would be staying in Alesund.

Except for the lady who "welcome" us the first day, the staff was nice. Very good location, but not really the cleanest and comfortable hotel we have seen.

Great location in Alesund near the centre of Alesund as well as the center downtown. For shots visit Lobby Bar at the Parken, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything but located on a quiet street. The room amenities were fantastic, including the terrace with garden furniture, and the mini-bar was well-stocked. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing a welcome drink upon arrival. The sauna and sun terrace were great leisure facilities to relax in. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of freshly squeezed juices and high-quality food.

Highly recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel had a great location in the heart of ålesund and the breakfast was good.

The hotel room (229) faced the back of the hotel and there was a very disturbing noise from the outside fans of the airconditioning. The cleanliness of the room was very poor. Dust in the room and hair in the bathroom.
