I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided. The hotel's location in the center of the city made it incredibly convenient, especially with its proximity to the central bus station. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Lots of food at breakfast, room was good sized and staff friendly. The nearby restaurant, Chow burgers, was as close as 400 feet from the hotel. Location was within walking distance Oestfold Kunstnersenter and other tourist spots.

Our stay was great as the hotel is located right in the middle of the city center and close to all the attractions, shopping mall and the waterfront. We loved the fact that we had everything at our fingertips. The room was comfortable, clean and cozy, with a great view of the city. The staff were friendly and always ready to help us with all our needs. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel could improve the soundproofing between walls and floors.

The hotel's location was convenient with several restaurants within walking distance, and a small but adequate car park underground. The breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

The room was disappointing, lacking basic amenities such as tea, coffee, or even water. We had to go down to the reception every time we wanted a drink. Also, the prices for drinks at the hotel bar were outrageously high. the room lacked basic facilities and was not up to the mark.

Found this hotel over the Easter weekend and was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast had a good selection and the staff was helpful. the location was perfect for exploring the area and we were able to find a parking spot nearby. Another advantage was the comfortable beds in the rooms that helped us get a good night's sleep.

The view from our window was not scenic and left something to be desired. the hotel had some issues with room key cards not working correctly, which was a bit frustrating.
