This traditional hotel is perfectly situated between two of the city's main attractions, making it easy to explore on foot. The cozy rooms are adorned with beautiful local decor, and the friendly staff is always on hand to recommend local hotspots and assist with anything needed. Enjoy a delicious traditional meal prepared by the helpful staff or unwind on the relaxing rooftop terrace.
The Wi-Fi signal in some of the rooms could be stronger.

Located very close to place Jemaa-el-Fna, it was an oasis of peace in the otherwise not so pleasant August weather in Marrakesh. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful, spacy rooms.

I loved everything about Riad Moulay. The moment I saw that the photos on Booked.net were exactly as the rooms in physical state, and the room I'd chosen was exactly as I chose it, I was amazed. It is conveniently located to the square. Jamilia met me at the point of where the taxi drops you off and was very friendly and accommodating. She was a sweetheart, as with the other employees of the facility. I would recommend it highly to everyone, whether you want to be alone and rest or enjoy every aspect of Marrakech, the services can be provided through Riad Moulay. It will always be my choice when in Marrakech. Thank you Riad Moulay and Booked.net for a wonderful experience.
There were no negatives, but the hot water didn't stay as long in the bath as I'd like, but it was long enough in reality.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were friendly and attentive, always happy to help with any requests. The traditional décor throughout the hotel was very attractive and added a special touch to the overall ambiance. Additionally, the value for money was great, especially considering the excellent location near the main square.
The breakfast could have had more variety.

Riad Moulay was in general, a very nice traditional Maroccan riad with a great atmosphere located about 7 minutes walk away from the Djemaa el Fna. The lady in charge (Jameela) was very friendly and helpful. She was able to help us arrange transport for day trips at the last minute for reasonable fees in addition to recommending good restaurants around the vicinity of the riad. The breakfast at the riad was very fresh and tasty and the price of the stay was good value for money.
As with almost all the riads in Marrakesh, they are extremely hard to find without having a local "guide" forcibly ripping you off beforehand. The flow of hot water was not very consistent and the rooms were rather cold for a winter visit, in spite of the fact that the heaters were on at maximum temperatures. Booked.net mentioned that payment could be accepted by Credit Cards. To our inconvenience, we found out otherwise. Paymet is by CASH ONLY. The hamam here could use some improvements such as temperature control (either too hot or too cold). Massage quality was inconsistent. Tea was supposed to be served afterwards, but it was only served to the masseuses instead.

It really is a beautiful riad with lovely rooms and in a great location. We had a very comfortable 4 poster bed. Wi-fi worked well ( our room was on the ground floor,so not sure about the upper levels). Jamilla is a great hostess and looked after us so well. The taxi from the train station costs 20 dirhams during the day and 40 dirhams after dark. If you ask the driver to phone Jamilla she will come and meet you and walk the approx 200 metres to the riad. The taxi to the airport cost us 120 dirhams and the driver comes to the door to help with luggage. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Marrakech.
The shower was hand held which ended up making the bathroom quite wet. Raids are very cold at night which comes with their design,so take something warm to wear if you're going in winter !

Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with the staff going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. Lastly, the location was perfect, being close to the main square and all the attractions. I was able to explore the city easily.
All was great, no complaints whatsoever.

We spent a wonderful Christmas in this cozy hotel. The traditional décor was beautiful and comfortable, and the staff, including the lovely ladies who looked after us, were very kind and friendly. The hotel's location was fantastic, situated between the main square and a palace, making it convenient to explore the city. We also enjoyed the local cuisine and appreciated the option to have tagines and couscous cooked for us.
We had to pay with cash, and the wifi signal was weak, only working on the ground floor. although the breakfast was good, we would have appreciated more variety, especially when it came to the coffee and fruit options.

Loved the hotel's location, just a short walk away from the main square. The rooms were clean and comfy and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. Enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop terrace, with a great view of the surrounding area.
Had to pay with cash which was a bit inconvenient, however, the manager was friendly and helpful. The pool was smaller than expected, but it was still nice to cool down in after a day of exploring.
