The hotel has a good internet connection and a few nice cafes around for breakfast. The staff attempted to be helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood away from the hustle of the city centre, which is nice for relaxation.
The hotel is very difficult to locate and quite far from the centre of town. The rooms were not clean, with dead insects on the floor, and mold in the bathroom.

Really helpful staff, big room with a good bed. Close to Habous shopping area. Nice food. Nice garden and terrace. Good breakfast. Nice, welcoming staff. Shops and facilities nearby. Parking in front of the door.

The hotel's location leaves much to be desired, with nothing of interest close by except for the Habous shopping area. The only advantage is being close to the tram, making getting to the city center a bit easier. However, the hotel features spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms, along with decent breakfast options. One particular room even had a lovely private terrace that faced a lush garden.
The hotel's staff seems to be unreliable, with guests being left without assistance due to staff members falling ill without any concern for guests' safety and comfort.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and it was an absolute delight. The location in a very quiet neighborhood was perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. The service provided by the staff was excellent, they were friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, a balcony, a sitting area, a dressing area. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great perk, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area offering a delicious selection of food and drinks. The staff here were also very attentive and provided a high level of service.

We had a fantastic weekend at this hotel. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and clean for the price we paid. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated the convenient location near shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The noise from the street made it hard to sleep at night. We could hear cars honking and people talking throughout the night, which was frustrating.
