We found the location, near Batha, to be very convenient, and overall were extremely pleased with our experience at the Darmana.

The property is absolutely beautiful and in a wonderful location just at the beginning of the medina , and very safe to walk around.

In a wonderful location just at the beginning of the medina, lovely typical Moroccan rooms & decor without being cramped and this old family home turned riad has a sophisticated.

The location is great and the atmosphere of the Riad is calm.

The hotel organised a cab for me from the airport.

I was in a room off the courtyard, which had a really comfy bed and a lovely little bathroom, and the furnishings were just great too.

We had a spacious room with queen bed, beautifully furnished with Moroccan decor and including air conditioning controlled in the room and a TV (which was never turned on!

Our quarters included a separate sitting area as well as a large alcove with an armoire, and a very large bathroom which featured a beautifully tiled bath/shower in the Moroccan style, and two gorgeous Moroccan sinks.

We enjoyed goblets of fresh squeezed orange juice, jugs of coffee and milk, baskets of sliced baguette as well as plates of two different Moroccan breakfast breads (not sweet), with dishes of olive oil, butter, apricot jam, honey and olives.

The view from the rooftop terrace was amazing and coming to Fes in the middle of the night was kind of frightening.

The hotel is next to Dar Tazi where you can watch the late concert just from the terrace.

The rooms are very clean, Rachid and others are always around to help discuss travel options and organise trips away if you need, or just to tell you about some little aspect of Moroccan life and society and the history of Fez.

The room, ensuite, is furnished in Moroccan style really specious and very clean and very quite at the night.

Room clean and after every night a great maroccan breakfast was waiting for us.
