Had a very nice stay because of the great service. The location was marvellous, relatively near Beethoven House. You could walk to shopping streets and the Christmas market. Lots of food for breakfast, everything was excellent. Everything met requests, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

A lot of food at the breakfast, I appreciated fresh bread, cereals, jam, and cheese. The double room was themed with a balcony, a very comfortable mattress, shutting the window in the bedroom area. The location was top, at a walking distance from Beethoven House.

Wi-Fi was awful, made me a little nervous.

The location was marvellous and lovely to nearby train station, near a tram stop. We found nice The Grill nearby with hot beverages.

The location was great, you can visit Altes Rathaus by walking. The room was compact and neat, included with a very comfortable mattress.

Its location is good and excellent, close to Rheinsteig. Brilliantly friendly people that welcomes you in.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bonn that was so close to the city center, it made exploring the opera and everything else a breeze. The service was top-notch, with staff members who spoke multiple languages and were always ready to assist. The basic amenities, like the comfortable bed and delicious breakfast, ensured a pleasant stay. The attention to detail was evident in the rooms, which had a very comfortable mattress and little to no character – a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing.

All was well, no improvements needed.

Location was fine, the breakfast was fine. Everything was fine. I felt secure with the front door locked. It was easy to get picked up in a car behind the hotel off the busy street.

We really enjoyed our stay at this quiet hotel with a great view of the city, and it's just a short 5-minute walk to downtown, making it the perfect place to stay when visiting.

The value for money was very good. The hotel was clean and the breakfast offer was varied enough for any taste. I appreciated also that they use ecological soap.

The staff is excellent: professional, kind and very customer focus. They gave me the possibility to have a very late check-out in order to satisfy a specific need I had. The location is perfect and the breakfast was good and with quite good choices.

The breakfast here was great and the location was amazing; the reception staff was friendly and helpful, and the street view was beautiful; to top it off, we had access to free wi-fi.
