  Location convenient to beach and restaurants and overall decent place. Very good price, friendly staff and newport The Manager was most courteous &. Room was very clean, continental breakfast offerings were quite extensive.

  The location was amazing and beach was within easy walking distance. Our stay was fine and staff were accommodating. The room was very clean and fresh coffee was always available and there was a continental breakfast. The owner, tony, was great.

  The location was great, hotel was clean and the staff were most helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean, comfortable and pleasantly cool and the breakfast was adequate. The owner was very accommodating to our late arrival.

  Great location and near Eastons Beach. The stay was very relaxed and the staff were excellent. The room was very nice and the breakfast was perfectly fine, and out all day for a quick snack. Tony the manager was extremely polite, courteous.

  Great location, just a clean bed and bathroom across the street from the beach, nice place for a last minute get away for my husband. Staff is friendly, free room upgrade offered.

  Mattresses could be a little softer and breakfast is only continental breakfast.
