I truly enjoyed to sit in the restaurant.

The breakfast was gorgeous with porridge and even champagne, we appreciated everything. Our room was nicely furnished and functional with excellent WiFi and tea coffee, just what we needed. The location for Benidorm was particularly good, short walk to shops bars and restaurants, several easy routes down to the beach-about half a mile away and both beaches.

It was a nice size and air conditioned, good enough for holidays.

Guest room with a plush carpet, had essentials required. The staff were friendly efficient, took care of us during 4 days stay. We had a good service, reasonably good breakfast. Furthermore, there was private parking available.

Overall it was functional with a bath.

Its location was excellent and wonderful, down to the beach-about half a mile away, and in a very nice area. We booked twin room with excellent WiFi, a bath, as for instance.

Stayed here with my sister and everything was excellent. The location was good, relatively near a city beach.

The setting is particularly good, it's so close to the beach and the old town as well as the centre of the old town.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast and meals, comfortable beds, good room size. Pleasant bar service, helpful and pleasant restaurant staff. Sincere thanks to all staff, will return in January. Pleasantly surprised by nice hotel, great location, warm inside, nice room with clean bathroom and balcony. Tea and coffee provided. Easy check-in, reasonable carpark, plenty of breakfast choices. Efficient and friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean pool, spacious room with large balcony, comfortable bed. Close to old town, beaches, and harbour.

Really clean hotel, good facilities. Reception staff very helpful

Pool bar service was poor, just ignored in favour of Spanish guests, downright rude. Noise from cabaret at next door hotel at night meant it was impossible to sleep much before midnight. Not good if you have children.

the desk staff were always happy to help,when we arrived on a very late booking the lady on the desk gave us a couple of choices of rooms even though she couldnt find our booking,she did this so that we didnt have to wait around,thats very good customer service.

the breakfast,the staff in the breakfast room were not very helpful.

The hotel is clean and has pleasant staff. Terrific service and the food is fresh. Parking is not an issue, as it's across the road. It boasts magnificent very central location and functional and well-designed room. The downstairs bar offers good drinks.

The staff are outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally kind and deserve a 4-star rating.

Another fantastic stay at Hotel Rh!

Although there were minor drawbacks, such as some traffic noise and a slower hot water supply, these didn't detract from the overall experience.
