We had a fantastic stay at Reydel Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were friendly and spoke excellent English. The hotel itself was clean and offered a delicious breakfast. Although not located right in the city center, it was conveniently close to the metro and the spice bazaar. The help from the staff in arranging taxis and giving us advice was much appreciated. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Nothing that we didn't like. 😊

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Istanbul. The prices are unbeatable for the value you receive. The staff here go above and beyond to make you feel like family. Ahmet, the manager, even took us on a personal tour to find the best local baklava in town. The rooms are well-maintained and come with all the basic amenities you need, including air conditioning. The location is ideal, situated in a neighborhood not far from the main tourist attractions but also offering a glimpse into local life with shops catering to the locals.
Smoking in the lobby and surrounding areas can be bothersome.

Loved the idea of cooking my own meals in the kitchenette, although my culinary skills are subpar. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff was helpful, especially in arranging transportation.
The Wi-Fi in public areas was so slow, it felt like I was back in the 90s using dial-up internet.

Our experience in this hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make our stay pleasant. We also loved the location; it was easy to access public transportation and we found many local eateries nearby. The free coffee and tea were a nice touch and the breakfast was included and good.
That the area could be noisy at night. there were no English TV channels available and the internet in rooms needed improvement.
