We booked the queen room and it was decent. The location of this place was really convenient, being close to both the ferry and a nice restaurant. Plus, it's super easy to access the motorway from here! 🚗

The location was great and perfect - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The room was spacious with breakfast and with smoke detectors for safety measures. We enjoyed the time here and would return anytime.

The location is not ideal, difficult to navigate from the southbound carriageway. It's far from the center of the city or Santander ferry. However, the rooms are adequate, comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and attentive. The breakfast is decent and the WiFi is reasonable. The price point is fair.
The restaurant food is unimaginative, lacks vegetables options, and not so appetizing.

Reception staff very friendly, but a little difficult to get food if you arrive late, despite the bar still being open. Room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was outstanding!!

Located directly at the highway - by the way, you don't hear any street noise when the window is closed - big room, big good bed (slept wonderfully). I chose this hotel because I didn't want to live in Burgos and last but not least because I wanted to have all my belongings in the trunk still in my possession the following morning. It worked! Check-in was quick, they even spoke French, the lady knew what to do and was very obliging.
The breakfast room is part of the restaurant. Otherwise, during the breakfast, the room is already prepared for lunch. On the first day there was an attentive waiter who immediately refilled but was also unfriendly, today an unfriendly lady who refused everything and only had the table serving in her head. The breakfast moderate average. The whole thing was a bit of a canteen for me. The whole thing was underlined by a Nestlé coffee machine. :-(

The place was clean, small, with professional staff, and a perfect location near the motorways.
