Everything was beautiful, perfect service, unbeatable location just off Santa Maria Suites as well as Duval Street and all the local tourist attractions. Had cold drinks in the poolside bar in the evening.

We booked a villa, it was complete with a rolly chair, even AV plugs, "wall " view.

It had central location close to South Beach. A nice market and a market were right next door.

Impeccably clean, great value hotel, its location was great and stunning and adjacent to the best restaurants in Key West, Key West for the beaches, and restaurants bars and walking to pier- UBER. Super-friendly employees at the reception desk, everything was beautiful.

The property is relaxing, it has superbly friendly staff at turndown service. Also, the location is marvellous and stunning, minutes from a butterfly park. You could walk to a market and a grocery store.

A wide array of food available in the café. Magnificent, stunning location in Key West, adjacent to Key West for the beaches, and the most unbelievable restaurants on the island.

Very dedicated and top-class staff team at the reception desk, the rooms were brand-new. Plus it had a relaxing view over the pool.

The bed was extremely comfy, and overall the room was large. Location: the hotel was short walk to central Duval Street.

It was spotlessly clean, everyone was excellent. The location of the hotel was marvellous and nice - at a walking distance from Duval Street. The daily service was really great! Moreover, we parked the car on site. We did not want to leave there, recommend.

The suites were large, clean and accommodated a family of 5 very comfortably. The staff was very friendly and were helpful with suggestions and assistance in making reservations for activities. The pool was beautiful and the complementary smoothies, wine and crackers with hummus in the afternoon, was just wonderful!

I liked the modern contemporary feel of the hotel. I also liked the standard of cleanliness.

The hotel was a little too far from Duval street so not within walking distance for my kids. Housekeeping was a liitle slow in that my room wasn't cleaned by 4pm when I had been out all day so had to hang about a couple of days for this to finish. Would expect it to be finished sooner.

I had such a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't have been better - it was so close to the main attractions in Duval Street and there were several great restaurants nearby. I loved being in the center of all the action, but still feeling a sense of tranquility. The service here was top-notch, with the staff accommodating every request quickly and pleasantly. The amenities were fantastic, with turn-down service that included fresh muffins each night to have the next morning, plus a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer in my suite. The pool and gardens were absolutely beautiful, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time relaxing and soaking up the sun.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The location, service, and amenities were all exceptional.
