Great location. This motel is close to lucern and innerlaken, a good place to see this part of switzerland. However, the motel is in the haslital area, which we voted is the prettiest of all. We always enjoyed coming back here each night. (We stayed 4 nights).

Not the motel's fault, but be ready to swat flies! There seems to be alot of them in this part of haslital.

It was a little hard to find and access, especially there is not a visible sign outside the hotel. Some of the staff did not seem that welcoming.

The room and facilities are under expectation. There are only shared bathroom and toilet, which are relatively clean, but doors can't be closed, and sometimes there was no light. Room's wall are made of wood, so not noise-proof at all. Overall I can't call this as a hotel, but as a very very cheap hostel, but the prices are not cheap. I don't recommend it to anyone who wants a relax, comfortable accomodation.

The room is not working WiFi. Staff duties in the restaurant waitresses.

Lokalization and view from rooms excellent. Shared bath but excellent cleaning and very comfortable.

The nature and scenery was great, pretty ok breakfast aswell.

unfortunatelly this hotel has just room with sharing bathroom, but the rooms are clean and with spectacular view over valley with lake Brienz and nearest high picks. But summer price for family room with breakfast (100 SchFR) is more than fair for Switzerland.

We reached very late, about 10-30pm and one staff in the restaurant was waiting for us, even though the lobby and the restaurant was closed. The staff was great and extremely helpful and lot of personal touch was present. The location is breathtaking, from your windows, ine can see snow capped ranges, awesome.Definitly recommendable.

Wc and shower in the corridor, no soap nor shampoo, misleading signboard "restorant wasserwendi".

Good breakfast and good service. This is the best hotel that I stayed during my 6 days holiday as compare to others hotel in Munich, Salzburg, Milan & Venice.

The location is nice very good view from hotel. It's is ideal for ski, hiking.The staffs are friendly and helpful.

This restaurant have few menu choices and would be better if they charge less for hotel's custumer.

The room was clean, with a great view. The shared bath was no problem. The breakfast was very good.

The big problem is the noise. One has the impression that the rooms are separated by something like cardboards! Fortunately, in my case, after 11 P.M. the noise level went down, and during the night it was quiet. But if someone decides to stay up late and make party, the neightbors will be unhappy. Or, if there are people with very small children this can also become noisy. Overall, the price is very good for one person, but for two persons the cost is rather high, since the price doubles.
