There was no information in English about hotel, town, excursions at all. There was no menu in English in restaurant

The best thing at all is the luxury to wear your swim suit and the bathrobe you find in your room and go directly to the thermal spa pools. There we found also a mud-jodium green pool, a wave pool and a surf pool, 3 extras very different from the usual spa-hotels.
The furniture of the rooms is dated from the 70' but overall clean.

The hotel is connected to Alpamare aquapark, so you may go there dressed in the bathrobe (bathrobes, slippers and towels are waiting for you). The breakfast is exellent. Staff is very friendly and skilled. Tickets to Alpamare are working longer then for normal visiters, days or arrival and departure are included.
Quite the old furniture. Coctails are average.

Very peaceful when we stayed outside main holiday time.staff very helpful . The beds were perfect .good room size.Our room overlooked th garden with a balcony to be recommended.

The hotel is and rooms are lovely. The food is fantastic (Feinschmecker awards) and the service efficient and friendly. Best of all you have fantastic access to the Alpamare wellness and swimming which is just wonderful for children and parents. I can highly recommend it.
