      I was under the influence that the hotel was close to Cannes and that there was good travel links, the actual fact was that i was in the middle of no-where with no way to get into Cannes other than an expensive taxi.

      The bus did go from Theoule-sur-Mer but that meant a walk down a large hill and back again.

      The apartments and room are all overlooking the bay of Cannes, it is really a beautiful sight both day and night.

      View is good but rooms are small and no airconditioning therefore not good in summer.

      We stayed in the beginning of june and we where glad for that as the apartments lack AC.

      14 euros for towel each Take your own or by from supermarket.

      As we did not dare to sleep with balcony doors open we hade some problems with the heat.

      Reception personell polite and atttentative.

      I did like the staff at the hotel and i liked the facilty and the complex itself.

      Swimming pool is dirty ,sauna does not work.

      On the day i arrived a local gave me a lift up the hill.

      You also have to pay for cleaning unless you do it yourself ,they give you a hoover(give a bad smell},but no mop and expect you to keep the apartment spotless.

        30 minutes by car from nice and handy location near to Cannes. Assisted we had travel difficulties in find the place due to GPS crashing and there are also ample lounging chairs at the pool.

        We found the location of the resort quiet, staff were amazing - helpful & considerate and room was decent size.

        Beautiful - the view's spectacular, very nice place and the staff were most helpful. The room was clean.

        Room spacious and clean, outdoor swimming pool.

        Location is difficult to access due to being @ the top of a cliff & 1 x way skinny road access, poeple should be informed that its on top of a hill so a car is a must and had to get a lift to the venue from the gardener in his old van. Also staff is just not polite.

        La vue superbe, calme au milieu de la pinède et cet hôtel est tout simplement une très belle surprise. De surcroît kitchenette équipée permettant de prendre les repas.

        Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de volets roulants dans la chambre ou des rideaux suffisement occultant que pour ne pas laisser entrer la lumière du jour tôt le matin et le petit déjeuner devrait être un peu plus divers. Grande piscine manque de chaise longue.

        Le calme du site, proche de la mer et l'extérieur de l'hotel serait à rafraichir. Les chambres sont très confortables.

        La vue panoramique et très bel endroit. Personnel très agréable, hotesse d'accueil très aimable - très accueillante - personne et la chambre très propre et confortable. Une grande terrasse.

        Choix de sucré salé appréciable et la piscine intérieure non remplie.
