The staff is very friendly and helpful, making guests feel at home from the moment they arrive. The pool facilities are top-notch and provide a great place to relax in the sun.

The spa prices are a bit high, and it would be nice if they offered a free accessory to the spa's amenities.

This hotel is luxurious and exclusive, fulfilling all of my needs for a sophisticated vacation. The Spa & wellness center was exceptional, offering a variety of services including massages, steam room and sauna. The swimming pool and outdoor facilities were well-maintained, and the beach access was a great bonus. The restaurant had an exquisite menu, with special diet menus available, and the private facilities in the room were also impressive, with in-room breakfast and a poolside snack bar included.

There was only one minor issue that I experienced during my stay: the entertainment options were limited. Although the live entertainment was enjoyable, it would have been nice to have additional options available to guests.
