        Drinks quite cheap in comparison to local area and there's a great town. Sometimes the smaller hotels can be the most charming, the nearby free beach just didn't seem as welcoming and his staff to be warm. Dinner are served in the tranquil garden.

        The public areas are well maintained, the food in evening is very good quality and his great staff have even come up. In addition the rooms are fresh and for a very reasonable price you get a 4-5 course authentic Tuscan meal. The garden is beautiful.

        The location is ideal as a base to explore this part of Tuscany and dinner is in a very pleasant garden setting. The rooms are not air conditioned made for a few hot nights.

        Historical building, not a high price considering clean and the hotel is spotless. Furthermore without exception all the staff are all very friendly and helpful.

        Nor to this most friendly hotel in Tuscany, a wonderful beach and service good - all staff very helpful. The rooms were lovely and again the food was delicious.

        The updated rooms, two good local restaurants La Luna and superb dinner served outside in the charming garden. Cool Italian staff.
