I recently stayed at Residenza Adelaide for a short trip and I couldn't have been happier. The location was perfect, with everything I wanted to see and do within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The free parking and bike storage were also great amenities. I highly recommend staying here for your next trip.

While not always in town, we did meet the owners, and they were excellent. The staff was very friendly, and accommodating. The walk to the main center/beach is less than 5 min, and its an easy walk to the old town/medieval part. Very satisfied. Highly rec'd

We had a wonderful stay at Residenza Adelaide in Finale Ligure. The staff were incredibly helpful and we were given our favorite room with easy and early access. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with all the facilities we needed. The location was also convenient, with shops, restaurants, and the beach within walking distance. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Liguria.

It was too noisy. Our balcony overlooked a busy road and if we sat outside we could not have a conversation as could not hear each other. Then to make matters worse there were building works going on from 9am with loud drilling and banging all day. We had to spend most of our time out of the apartment during the day as it was not relaxing to be in it. It is ok for a couple of days but we are relieved that we did not book the whole week.

For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was spotless and everything was in working order. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and train station. The staff at the front desk were friendly, helpful, and even called me immediately when I left my cell phone behind in the room.

The breakfast option could be improved with more variety.

A lovely clean spacious apartment as it looks in the photos.(The pics online aren't of our exact apartment but very similar) Finale Ligure is a beautiful place although pleasant public beaches are hard to find as most are private and the residence doesn't have it's own. There is a nice public beach on foot if you walk up and just through the tunnel(east), it's worth the walk. If you're in a car go just down the coast to Varigotti which is a truly magical place. The old medieaval town is beautiful, as are the streets around the seafront. Many walks to be had up in the mountains behind too which are out of this world. (if you've got kids and want some touristy silliness go to the waterpark at Ceriale, a really fun day out. We went out of season so can't say if when it's crowded in mid August it's so good but last week it was just right(September 1st))

So noisy. We're spoilt at home in a peaceful town. Apartments right over a busy and noisy main road, screaming mopeds and lorry's until all hours every night so not much sleep was had. And this meant that although the balcony was a great size, when we tried to sit and eat out there or just relax in the evening we couldn't hear each other to have a conversation. So although the apartments were lovely we would stay somewhere quieter next time.

The apartment was immaculate and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities to make our Christmas stay comfortable. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to all the attractions we wanted to visit. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our check-in process a breeze.

The noise levels of the surrounding streets detracted from our experience, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep at times. the lack of basic supplies in the apartment meant we had to go out and purchase them ourselves, which was an inconvenience.

I was a very nice an spaciouse two bedroom self catering apartment with only 5 minutes walk to the beach. It had a lovely balcony which went all the way round the flat and was accessible from all rooms. We were able to have breakfast, lunch and Dinner outside in the sun, just had to move the table around the balkony a bit.

there were some things missing in the kitchen (i.e. Wooden spoon, tin operner) and the fridge didn't close properly. A kettel and microwave would have been nice nice as well but we managed without.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beautiful beach. I loved being able to take leisurely strolls along the promenade and soak in the stunning views of the Ligurian sea and the mountains. The hotel also provided bicycles for free, which was a great bonus. Secondly, the staff were really friendly and helpful. They always made sure that everything was taken care of and went out of their way to assist me whenever I needed anything. Finally, the rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. They were clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

We had a lovely romantic escape and enjoyed the clean and well-equipped apartment with a big balcony. The location was also great as we were only a few minutes away from the beach and the city center. We also appreciated the free parking on the street.

the shower was uncomfortably small for two people to use, which was not ideal.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel along the stunning Ligurian Riviera. The location was absolutely perfect, situated right along the promenade with easy access to the beach and just a short stroll away from the vibrant city center. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They even surprised us with a camping bed for our baby, which was a lovely gesture. The apartment itself was spacious and well-furnished, with all the necessary amenities provided. We also appreciated the attention to detail, such as a nice balcony overlooking the bustling streets. One highlight was the complimentary bicycles, which allowed us to explore the area easily. All in all, a highly recommended hotel for a memorable stay along the Ligurian coast.

All in all, this hotel provided a truly enjoyable stay.

Location was central to both Final Borgho and Final Pia with a good collection of local shops in close proximity. The apartment was well appointed. Having a secure bike garage was a bonus (saving a trip up 2 flights of stairs).

Couldn't find instructions for washing machine and air-conditioner in the flat (googled them instead) or for phone number at reception. An information booklet would have been nice. However, these are minor gripes.

Residenza Adelaide suited our needs with 2 adult children visiting with us. The residents is close to excellent restaurants and the township of Finale was great to walk around ans soak up the atmosphere.

It tended to be very noisy at night with traffic.
