          Our room had a great view over the city, hotel stay was pleasant value for money and the Service and the staff were very courteous. The shower was not forceful nor invariably hot, the car rental was also efficient and the food was excellent in the Buffet Restuarant as well as the Dhabba.

          The view over the city was great and the best among all the hotels we stayed in Kerala. All the staff i spoke to were friendly and helpful, the rooms were pretty spacious. Food was good.

          All other aspects, residency tower is a best choice, food is tempting and quality is very nice, the staff at the reception desk are quite friendly. Rooms are very spacious and the male receptionist took excessively long to check us in. Also the pool is incredible.

          View is not that great, the Dhaba restaurant on the 7th floor is mediocre.
