The local staff was extraordinarily friendly. The location was good because it was so close to the centre of town, and Near main attractions. Moreover, it was about 10 mins walk from Piscina do Pesqueiro.

The breakfast was particularly nice with toasts, fruits and also cookies, so much to pick from. The hotel was in a very central location in everything.

Clean hotel in a nice building close enough to the big shopping mall, the historical city center, and Ponta Delgada down town. Well-maintained and immaculately clean room and a storage space and soundproof windows inside. Hypo-allergenic pillows, exceptionally comfortable bed.

stunning location to attractions like a cultural museum, that was near the hotel. it was located in a downtown area so close to wonderful restaurants and shops, the central area, and the centre of town. the food was local with lots of alternatives.

Good basic hotel in a central area near to the historic center of Ponta Delgada, and shopping centre. Particularly good location, 10 minutes' walk to Pico Carvao. Booked a well-maintained room with fresh towels, the backyard view and fresh bed sheets.

Above average breakfast with cheese and local bread and ham, the stuff is lovely and good. The rooms are exceptionally nice and cozy with clean bathrooms...

The hotel is extremely well-located, right in the heart of the city. You can easily walk to all the main attractions, restaurants, and the ocean. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are kept spotlessly clean. The breakfast offers a nice variety of options, and the internet connection is reliable. The rooms have spacious closets, which is a great advantage for storing your belongings during your stay.
