clean well equiped rooms in an excellent location

Fantastic laundry service! My boyfriend's shorts came back as clean as the day he bought them.

The only thing I don't like is the single beds. It would be nice to have double beds.

Great location, nice pool on top. For this time of year it was quiet and we loved it.Kitchen has everything you need. Essential shops and coffeeshops very close.

Reception times a bit hit and miss

Both two little villages and the sea nearby. Excellent startingpoint for hikes in the surroundings.

The choices given to rate this hotel are not enough since our experience was actually "excellent" and we could not rate it properly. The location is perfect, in front of El Charco, in the heart of Valle Gran Rey, between Vueltas and La Playa and therefore within walking distance to the restaurants, and also to the bakeries and shops in Borbalán. The apartments are well equipped, also with the basic kitchen utensils. The hotel itself is very pretty and clean, especially its courtyard. But what made it really outstanding and gave us a “home” feeling was the incredibly friendliness of its staff, especially Kerstin, always greeting you with real joy and rich sense of humor and a can-do and positive attitude when it comes to giving information and making arrangements with tours and car reservations. Beyond excellent. We will definitely come back every year. La Gomera, its views, its atmosphere, its food and its people are something we look forward to reliving every year. And Residencial El Conde will be the place to be. Thank you Kerstin! Bis Januar 2012 :)

The beds are a bit too hard.

Just returned from a fabulous 3 night stay at Residencial El Conde, beautiful compact complex on the beach front and easy walking distance to Veultas, Puntilla, La Calera and La Playa. Basic units with adequate facilities, beautiful roof top pool.

Very peacefull - everyone seemed to 'whisper' - central courtyard with great use of potted palms, feature fountain and candles at night added to the tranquil ambience. Close proximity to the harbour and some nice eateries. Pleasant staff. warm weather ! and inviting sea and mountainside walks.

Perfect location on beneath of El Teide! It was wonderful place to stay. The breakfast was really good. The facilities are pretty good and convinient.

Prices, but finally it was worth even for such money. Unique place.

Rooftop pool, little used by other residents and with shallow section for chidren divided off. Rooftop terrace with open views. Friendly and helpful staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Attractive building design. Location one minute from beach safe for children, shops, ice cream bar, restaurants etc but still quiet.

2 bedroom apartment was a little cramped, though well enough equipped; small balcony without much view.

Good location near the ocean and small playa for children. Small, but convenient swimingpool. Close to small restourants.

Mobile phones already 2 years does not have coverage!!! Very risky! Only one way to the hotel and Valle from harbour or airport through the hills therefore no less than 1.15h on the road. The road is narrow and travel is very hard. Internet is weak and near reception only.

The ideal location, near the beaches and the harbour but in a quiet place; The kindness of the team; The presence of shops and facilities in the neighborhood; The small swimming-pool on the terrace.

The apartment was tall enough (were 2 adults and 2 children but booked a 5 person-apart.), yet a bit too fonctional...
