i do recommend the place. enjoyed this place, it was nice and straightforward. i booked a room with a fine bed, a lounge and wi-fi. the location was great there, easy to go anywhere by subway.

The rooms turned out to be cosy and clean with electronic devices, internet, for example. The breakfast was good with a wide array of fabulous food. Fantastic very central location adjacent to Alfama, Graca, Baixa, Bairro Alto, shops and restaurants and Anjo metro.

The location was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions in the city. We were able to walk to most places and even caught the tram right outside the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations and directions. the hot shower was a blessing, especially during the chilly winter weather.

The street noise from our room was quite bothersome, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The bed was also not the most comfortable, which added to the discomfort.

Affordable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable accommodations, convenient location near the metro, 24-hour reception.

Room was comfortable. Both room and bathroom were clean and cleaned every day. They provided towels. Literally half a block away from metro stop and famous Tram 28. It's not right in the center, but close enough. Neighborhood was not as iffy as people claimed it was.
