We had very enjoyable stay.

The hotel was perfect, clean, in a tourist area. Its staff was excellent and respectful. The location was particularly good and excellent for walking around Pueblo de los Pescadores. There were souvenir stores and boutiques around the property.

Everything was simply nice. Ideal hotel in an excellent location in a nice tropical garden with nice trees as the traveller, the services were great. Location: the venue was near a restaurant for supper, the beach bars and bakery, and the beach and the center of Las Terrenas. There was café Boulangerie Francaise, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel...

We loved staying in the heart of this city as it allowed us to be near all the interesting boutiques and restaurants. Also, the fact that it was just a 2 to 3 minute walk to the beach was a huge plus. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

The stay during Thanksgiving here was great. The hotel provided complimentary stretching and dancing classes in the mornings by the pool - a fun way to start the day. The location was fantastic, which made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The surroundings were calm and quiet which made it a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The room on the first floor didn't seem like it would've been very peaceful. some balconies had mosquito nets while others didn't, which was a bit inconvenient.

We had the most amazing time at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is cozy and welcoming, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided us with helpful guidance and assistance throughout our stay. We were extremely satisfied with our trip and would definitely choose this hotel again if we return to Las Terrenas.

Great beach access and close to restaurants

The location of the hotel was fantastic with easy access to the beach and plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi.

While the location was great, the room itself was a bit of a letdown. The beds were uncomfortable and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud.

This hotel has an unbeatable location right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of the beach, a small plaza, and many restaurants. Our room was spotlessly clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the refreshing pool and the delicious breakfast served each morning. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a great bonus!

There was a subtle musty smell in the lobby and some common areas of the hotel, but it did not extend to our room.
