Best base for discovering Chamonix with especially helpful and very friendly staff at the reception desk. Ideal and good sized rooms with relaxing views of the mountains.

By and large, it was enjoyable base for sightseeing in Chamonix, had much fun and met empathic stuff at the reception desk. The bed was comfy, the room was comfy and outstanding with a view. Had central location in the centre of the town.

This place is in a great location, near the town centre and next to the train station. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a variety of amenities and services including a restaurant, free Wi-Fi in rooms, and a fitness centre. The indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna were all fantastic and made our stay here even more enjoyable.

We highly recommend this hotel to others.

Staff were very helpful and the apartment was nice and quite.

Luggage services need to be improved a little. It was quite uncomfort to take the luggage all the way long to the apartment in the next building of the reception building. Other than that it is highly recommended.

Great location, good size apartment, kitchen was fully stocked with all of the necessary dishes, cookware and utensils. Sauna, steam room and pool use included in room rate and was very nice.

We stayed 5 nights. There is no cleaning service during your stay, which is fine, except that they did not even provide us with replacement towels throughout the week. They also will not give you extra toilet paper. Guests are expected to buy additional toilet paper (only 1 roll is provided) if they need it. Considering the price of the apartments, I think this is quite stingy.

Units with a view. A dishwasher, a fridge and an electric kettle were convenient. Ideal location, 5 minutes' walk to Step Into the Void. Next to a railway station, ski area.

Good and absolutely perfect location next to ski school and Avoriaz, easy check-in. For tea or coffee visit La Paniere nearby. Old fashioned building and rooms with stunning views.

The location was perfect and excellent, just 5 minutes walk from Chamonix Ski School. The apartment with stunning views, facilities worked for us. We greatly enjoyed an electric kettle, a fridge and a microwave oven.

Reasonable facilities, location and value.

The front desk is not staffed in the evening and there is no after hours contact number. The Booked.net website lists check in times until 12:00 am, but when we arrived at 8:15 pm the lobby was closed. There was a key in an evelope taped to the reception door, thankfully, but no information, no contact number, and no sheets for the pull out bed so our boys had to sleep directly on the mattress. When the matter was raised with the staff the next morning, they told us to be happy we did not sleep in the car. While acknowledging they knew about incorrect information on the Booked.net site, the staff took the position that it was not their problem nor their responsibility to contact guests ahead of time with the correct hours. Be careful!

Great facility and fairly priced. Can't beat the location in the heart of Chamonix, right under the mountain and a short walk from train stations and Aiguille-du-Midi cable car station.

Office wasn't open for check-out until 0900, and it was unclear as to what expenses (even though minor) would need to be paid out upon check-out rather than up front -- such as parking.

This hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of everything. It's so close to the town center and all the shops and restaurants. The staff at the reception desk are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are well-designed and have everything you need, like a sitting area, in-room safe, and a dining table. Plus, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms is a big plus.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area.
