Amazing panoramic views from the private balcony, a high-altitude haven of peace, and the chance to recharge my batteries in the pure mountain air. Skiing straight to the resort and enjoying a drink at the bar/lounge made me feel like a fancy snow queen!
I've always dreamed of slipping and sliding in dog poo while walking through the pathways. It's such a lovely touch!

I think you need to improve the bathroom and toilet facilities, otherwise it was ok.

Good situated on the slope. Impressive mountains all around.
Too small rooms. Blocks of hotels. Crowds of people. Old chair lifts without bubbles.

Exceptional
I booked a spacious apartment for 2 people and it was very clean with lovely views. The staff were friendly and I appreciated the mini supply of cleaning products and dishwasher tablets. The swimming pool looked lovely, although I didn't use it. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotal was poorly organised and run. The room were very poor quality and at check in you had to wait an hour for service. The information on the web site does not accurately reflect what you get in particular the room configuration.

The apartment at Residence Pierre & Vacances Le Thabor was awesome! The balcony had the most amazing view of the Mont Thabor mountain range. The kitchen area was perfect for cooking our own meals and the TV had international channels. We loved the cozy sleeping alcove with bunk beds.
Some might find the pull-out bed a little uncomfortable, but that's just my personal opinion!

The hotel's decoration had a charming and cozy Savoyard chalet atmosphere, which added to the overall ambiance of the place. The general areas were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space for relaxation and socializing. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility was excellent for senior people like myself, with easy navigation and no major obstacles to hinder mobility.
It would have been even more enjoyable for senior guests if there were more activities or facilities specifically designed for our age group.

Great location, close to supermarket, restaurant, ski rental, ski pass purchase. Well-proportioned room with excellent views. All facilities available and helpful staff. Elevator in building. Lovely warm swimming pool right outside our apartment. Excellent for skiing and walking in the area.

The location, between French school vacations, was supposed to be a highlight, but it fell short. However, the apartment had great views and there were plenty of mountain activities around. The room and bathroom were in need of serious updates, and the service was lacking. The breakfast was mediocre at best, and there were no standout facilities or room advantages.
One negative aspect was the lack of clear resort information in English.

The location of the apartment was absolutely mind-blowing, with easy access to the slopes. The view from the balcony was jaw-dropping, overlooking the charming village and gorgeous slopes. The ski up and out facilities were super convenient, making it a breeze to hit the slopes in no time. The proximity to the village was excellent, allowing us to explore and enjoy its charm whenever we wanted. The ski storage was fairly warm, ensuring our equipment was in perfect condition for the next day on the slopes. The kitchen facilities were top-notch, providing us with everything we needed to cook our own delicious meals.

The balcony offered jaw-dropping views of the majestic Mont Thabor mountain range. The kitchen area was great for cooking my own meals, and I loved chilling out in the living area with its comfortable sofa beds. it felt like a cozy home away from home.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the TV with international channels. But hey, that's just me!

During my recent business trip to Valmeinier, my director selected Residence Pierre & Vacances Le Thabor as our accommodation. One of the highlights of my stay was the convenient location, allowing me to spend a fantastic day on the slopes and then unwind with a dip in the fantastic outdoor heated swimming pool. The pool offered a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of work, and I even had the opportunity to meet and socialize with other guests staying at the residence.
Although my overall experience at Pierre & Vacances was delightful, there were a few minor issues that I encountered.
