Residence Palazzo Ricasoli Florence - 佛罗伦萨

We have really appreciated the cleanliness, staff, and location.

It has a perfect location and will definitely be my choice of stay when I return to Florence.

The location is within easy walking distance to the most sought after areas of Florence, but is far enough away to avoid the bustling crowds outside your window.

The only thing it seems they could do well was call a taxi.

Wonderful views to the city and 30 minutes from the train station made ideal.

There were two spacious double bedrooms and two bathrooms with a seperate sitting room/kitchenette.

We had 1 huge bedroom, 1 bathroom and a living room with cooker and fridge.

My friend and I basically had a two bedroom apartment with a terrace, kitchen and living room.

While the bathrooms were kept clean, the floors in the bedrooms and living rooms always felt gritty.

In comparison to other rooms we had in Italy (Venice & Rome), the room we had at the Palazzo Ricasoli was larger with a larger bathroom.

Really great restaurant nearby called Alfredo's - with exquisite italian cuisine!

The bar closed at 10 sharp every evening so a post prandial coffee was out of the question unless you found a nearby restaurant which opened before the usual 7:30 and which was nearby.

Very pleasant laid back atmosphere in general in the hotel and really great restaurant nearby called Alfredo's.

I especially liked that all of the major sites to visit in Florence were within walking distance and that many stores and restaurants visited by local Florentines were along the way.

This was going at a very good rate at the time I needed to book (US$100 for a double with breakfast), for a decent four-star hotel -in Florence!
