Amazing apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, fully functional kitchen, helpful receptionists. Close to major attractions and supermarkets. Unbeatable price, a must-stay!

The hotel direction was very nice and helpfull

The apartment was spacious,close to supermarkets and a coin operated laundry and the furniture was in good condition. The bus to the city came regularly. The shower cubicle was tiny but had hot water.The heater worked.

The kitchen utelsils were minimal and we never received hot water to wash the dishes with.

The desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, it's easy to get into downtown bus by bus (the stop is right outside the hotel) and, since you have your own key, there's no problem coming back late. Also nearby is a coffee bar, a movie theater, and a supermarket. The a/c worked great (a plus during hot Italian summers) and the whole area was quiet, making for good sleeping. Lastly, the hotel is 10 minutes away from the Pisa airport (we stayed there overnight to make our departure to the US the next day less stressful -- and it was!).

However, the location of the hotel is advantageous as it provides a large parking lot and a supermarket conveniently located next door. it is well connected to most of the city's attractions, with a bus stop nearby. These amenities make it convenient for guests to explore the city and easily access transportation.

The noise from other flats and the street can be a major disturbance, hindering a good night's sleep.

Easy to reach from motorways and airport. Apartments have comfortable lounge and kitchenette. Convenient self-check-in. Botanical Gardens 3.3km away. Small balcony. Mini-market. Free wifi.

Oh, the struggle of not having an electric kettle, had to boil water with gas like a proper old-fashioned lady.

Close to laundry, bus stopped nearby.

well equipped self catering apartment with ample space for parking

I recently stayed at Residence Isola Verde Cisanello for 5 nights. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. The room was super clean with comfortable beds and great air conditioning. The location was convenient, with a bus stop right outside and local shops nearby. The free car park was a bonus. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the value for money was unbeatable.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I liked that it was clean and quite close to center.

I did not like that we paid almost 35% more than it was advertised on booking due to extra taxes, and one child 7 yrs old. The residence is quite old, bathroom facilities very poor (shower very small) and very basic. Also for almost 100 euro per night we could have chosen hotel with breakfast included. It is true that here we had 2 sleeping rooms and one living room, but it was supposed to be 70 Euro/night not 100.

Very friendly hotel staff. Help us in finding around. Nice and clean apartment with two rooms. But the hotel is a bit far from the city. Was not a big problem, because there was buses going to city. However, after 11 p,m there is no buses. So one has to take taxi. We arrived late at 11 p.m., so their driver picked us at the airport, which was 15 euro.

I chose this hotel for attending a workshop and I was pleased to find that irons/ironing boards were available upon request. It made it very convenient for me to have my clothes pressed and ready for the event.

The only service that I missed for my work was having a business center or a dedicated workspace where I could do some printing or use a computer.

it is good for a leisure stay but is quite far from the city center and the connections by bus exist only from 6 in the morning till 11 in the night. a microwave in the kitchen would make it much better. overall is quite good and i would recommend it to others.
