Amazing staff
During my recent stay at Residence Inn St. Louis Airport/Earth City, I had an issue with the towels and linens not being changed when I requested it. However, the amazing staff quickly resolved the issue and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They were friendly, responsive, and really made me feel taken care of. I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location and friendly staff. The hotel is recently renovated and updated with good facilities, excellent cleanliness, and adequate parking. The front desk clerk, Maryland, was amazing and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We had an amazing weekend at this hotel! The staff, from Joe at the front desk to the AM Manager Mr. Anger, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They gave us great tips for tourist attractions, such as the ferry ride in St. Charles. The lady at the front desk in the morning was also very kind and knowledgeable. The breakfast was excellent, filling, and delicious. The hotel facilities were clean and upgraded, and the location was great.

The staff at this hotel is extremely kind, personable, and helpful. Joe at the front desk and Mr. Anger, the AM Manager, were both hospitable and knowledgeable about the area, providing great tourist tips. The breakfast was excellent and filling. The recently remodeled and upgraded rooms were impressive. Good job!

Great Lobby and Friendly Staff, Good Breakfast
During our weekend stay, we found the lobby of the hotel to be impressive, and the staff were attentive and kind. Breakfast was also a highlight, with lots of options and tasty dishes to choose from. the hotel's location was convenient and easily accessible from nearby attractions.
The furniture was old and dated, and the room was poorly lit, making it hard to see. The bathroom was also not well-maintained, and the housekeeping seemed to be lacking.
