I don't know if I was getting ripped off or not - but the prices didn't seem unreasonable, and I felt better using a taxi company the hotel was familiar with.
The location, the service, the convenience of having your own kitchen, the pool, the Breakfast, fabulous.
All in all, would highly recommend this location.
The location is also very convenient to Seaworld and the freeway (in turn easy to get to other destinations).
My room was a 2 double bed suite with mini kitchen.
We had a 1 bed suite, decor was a bit dated, but 2 tvs, comfortable beds were a plus.
Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable--housekeeping schedule needs to be regulated better--seems they were always just arriving to clean up when we were returning to our room.
As soon as I entered the room I noticed waste papers under the bed,and nobody took them away during my stay!
I have booked an one bedroom suite and the front desk agent told me that she " upgraded " me to this room.
Dining area was always jammed with families but patio was quiet and good place to eat breakfast and read the paper.
The breakfast bar was a big help in saving some $$ before heading off to the parks.
Breakfast buffet food always cooked properly; staff maintaining buffett was clean and helpful.
It's definitely 3 star as far as ammenities but it is well maintained, free breakfast was good, staff was helpful.
We didn't try the breakfast, and I wasn't aware that there was a free breakfast buffet, but maybe that was an oversight on my part.
The two front desk employees - Lauren and Philip - were slammed, in all honesty; but they were doing a great job getting through the line of people while still smiling.
The thing that burned me up was the reaction from the hotel manager and staff.
The front desk was wonderful and told us how to use the I-trolley and it was fantastic.
The staff and Management were the best and they became our family while we were their.
Pool looked lovely, but the one afternoon we had free to induge, the wonderful Florida thunderstorms cancelled our plans.
The one minus were the Hilton time-share hacks in the lobby, but they didn't bother you unless you approached them.
The park is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel, which sure beats the parking expense at Sea World.
Rooms were clean and everything was working.
There were visible stains on the carpet, and the bathrooms were NOT very clean at all.
The rooms are large and have full kitchen,but they are not clean!
