The location was marvellous and awesome, close to everything, its a plus. Plus, it was short walk to the airport and a variety of stores, and great area restaurants and mall directly across the street.

Location: the hotel was close enough to mall directly across the street, and the airport and a variety of stores. The staff were super-friendly and offered guidance. I had a big and brand-new room with exceptionally comfortable bed and a living area and a writing table.

The staff were highly unprofessional, didn't expect that coming.

The place was clean and we loved suite. The breakfast was great, they make lots of meals. The location for Newport News was magnificent and peaceful, close to a variety of stores, restaurants, including a grocery store and the mall and plenty eatery's. Furthermore, close to everything.

Really enjoyable overall experience. Fairly clean, modern hotel, impressive rooms and amiable staff. Excellent and particularly good position to nearby attractions. Free and great breakfast with plenty of meals.

The location was convenient being near the airport and stores. The lobby and outdoor area were pleasant, and the indoor pool was enjoyable. The spacious room comfortably accommodated five people. The check-in/out process was efficient.

The hotel's position was excellent and peaceful, adjacent to mall, other shops and restaurants, and stores. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room itself was brand-new. The staff were attentive and excellent and knew how to help.

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The location was quiet and peaceful, and our room was clean and spacious with a cozy bed. I appreciated the free breakfast and snacks in the lobby. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
