I'm sure there are nicer hotels in downtown Cleveland, but if you can get a good price for a room, this is a decent, clean, well-situated hotel.
Furniture in the public areas were quite beautiful and this hotel was a perfect choice given its location.
Great location and the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.
The location really couldn't get much better and other than that the hotel is wonderful.
The location is central to all of the area's activities and this hotel is sorely in need of an updated.
Not to mention the Public square, Tower City and light rail train -which runs to the airport.
Suite had a king bed and sleeper sofa, dining room table, desk, and kitchen.
Very comfortable bed and nice shower in the bathroom!
The door to the bedroom was mostly closed, and when I opened it, there was an unclothed couple in bed.
Very comfortable bed and the breakfast was well attended by staff.
They did charge us an extra $17 a night for the rollaway bed.
Tower City is a few blocks away as well with its shops, movies, and restaurants including a Morton's and a Hard Rock Hotel.
We could walk to the theater and local restaurants and bars.
There were many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and we could also walk to the baseball field.
Breakfast offered waffles, fruit, eggs, cereal etc.
It's in walking distance to Warehouse district (lots of bars and restaurants), it's also in walking distance to the baseball diamond and the basketball arena.
Great location for baseball, nice public spaces inside the hotel and the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.
Front desk staff always were saying "hello" to us whenever we walked by.
The staff are extremely accommodating and excellent manager is responsive to customers' needs.
The lobby was beautiful and staff was helpful and friendly and assisted.
However, the hotel itself is not especially attractive, the parking garage that the hotel uses is badly in need of repair, and the neighborhood is not all that great.
Was near the elevator but very little noise.
My only complaint is with the parking - it is really tight but that is typical for downtown areas - would be nice though if they offered valet.
The Hotel was good, every staff member we met was great and the room was very clean.
Clean rooms and complimentary desktop computers.
Huge room and the kitchen appeared clean.
Our room was exceptionally spacious and very clean.
