During my recent stay at Residence Inn, we were delighted to find that the breakfast buffet was exceptional. The variety and quality of the food surpassed our expectations. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable and provided a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

It is a brand new property so everything was fresh and new.

The hotel had some nice complementary facts, like the welcome snacks and drinks, and the Easter eggs waiting for us in the room. The location was also good, with a train station just a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city. What we liked the most was the rooftop terrace, which had a stunning view of the surroundings.

There were some aspects of our stay that we disliked. the room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around.

The hotel is very new(opened 2 weeks ago) and is very relevant to Marriott standards. The staff is friendly and very helpfull. The location is near to a very big train stations, the connections with city centre are very good. The atmoshphere is warm and the services provided by the hotel are high standards. I will take into consideration this hotel for my upcoming trips to Munchen.

I had two small complains to make. The Internet is not free in the public area and another think, you must bear in mind that at check in they will block a deposit of 60 eur on top of the amount for your booking.

The Booked.net reservation found immediately upon checking in, easy access from the train station ¨s8¨ line, only a short walk. Staff friendly and was able to get late check out within second thaugt from staff. Rooms are exactly are shown, very clean, beds comfortable, toiletteries, towels good quality. For a 24hrs stay, it was perfect location.
