Modern place, immaculately clean, excellent value. Very helpful and really helpful staff, efficient check in. The breakfast was hot and free and the service was good. Comfortable and stunning position to the nearest bus stop.

Comfortable place, it has consistently courteous staff on the night shift. It has stunning, comfy setting, near the Cape and common areas and the airport and train station. Further, there's Mystic Mall relatively near the hotel too.

By and large, it was beautifully designed and reasonably priced place with top-class staff on the night shift. The location seemed convenient to airport for an early departure.

Delicious, free breakfast with numerous options. Location - comfy, adjacent to airport and Market Basket grocery store, and other stores such as TJ max and Children's Place and the train station which is also at the airport. Just close to Memorial Stadium.

The rooms they offer were new-fashioned and updated with complimentary toiletries and Keurig type coffee and a full kitchen. There was a wide array of fresh meals. The location was marvellous for exploring this nice enough area, so close to other stores such as TJ max and Logan airport.

The property seemed spotless and the room was a nice size. The breakfast was nice hot and free with numerous options! Some of the staff members were very very helpful and really helpful. The location was convenient, to Market Basket grocery store, convenient to go everywhere. Stopped by Market Basket to get some coffee and treats, it's so close to the venue, recommend.

Great staff, comfortable atmosphere. Limited, but nice bar food and drinks in the evening. Good range of options for breakfast. Spacious room with work area and pull-out sleeper. Clean, well-equipped suite with cooking facilities. Convenient location near train station.

Mis-leading name gives wrong impression of location

Near to Logan airport. Room was fantastic with everything you want. Shuttle bus was a bonus. Staff were lovely ,really helpful. My last stay in Boston was made perfect by this hotel.

I got great value for my money at the Residence Inn. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for my needs. The location was convenient with many food options nearby, and the staff treated me with exceptional kindness and helpfulness.

Food for breakfast could be improved by using full crockery instead of plastic cups for juice.

It is a very new,modern and comfortable hotel,with large room and very nice staff.

New Hotel, all very clean. Great Staff. Conveniently located not too far from the airport. No problem to visit Boston by Hotel Shuttle + Train. Very good breakfast. Spacious rooms.

The area near the Hotel needs to be resored. The hotel shuttle for pickup from the airport can be improved ( long waiting for pickup).

I recently stayed at Residence Inn in Boston for a quick airport layover. The room was fantastic, complete with a spacious kitchen, large bathroom, and separate living area. The complimentary shuttle bus provided by the hotel made getting to and from the airport a breeze. The location was also convenient, with a train station just a short walk away for easy access to downtown Boston. The staff was super efficient and couldn't have been more helpful. one of the best hotels I've stayed in recently!
