          Location was perfect for the Biltmore and to downtown, the hotel was very clean, the front desk staff were friendly upon check in. The accommodation were awesome, breakfast was adequate.

          Location is great for Biltmore and close to major roads in and out of town, the best thing about this hotel is the breakfast. The staff is very pleasant and the workout room is completely furnished.

          Good location, breakfast was plentiful, snacks in the evening were varied, our stay at The Residence Inn Ashevill Biltmore was a very pleasant stay and the concierge was always helpful as was the rest of the staff. Room was very clean.

          The location is wonderful and easy access to the Biltmore estate, Biltmore square and downtown, a great place to stay and will utilize again. The manager reception at night is nice as well and the rooms are spacious, service is dependable and the staff is friendly.
