The location is not especially charming--just off the highway in an area with lots of other chain hotels.
On the surface it looked great - the location was good and the exterior attractive.
Convenient location and this place is the best value around.
If you reserve a one bedroom suite, you should be aware that the bathroom is connected to the bedroom and everyone must go through the bedroom to use the bathroom, which may be awkward if you are travelling on business.
Our room was really spacious for the price--two king sized bedrooms, two full baths, a living room with gas fireplace and a decent sized kitchen that included cookware.
We had two, two-bedroom suites and one studio.
The staff was amazing, our room was really spacious for the price--two king sized bedrooms and the breakfast was nice - waffles.
We originally reserved a one bedroom suite.
Additionally the staff at the Residence Inn is very accommodating and the free breakfast is very generous.
One suggestion we would make would be to not offer Maxwell House Coffee if they want to impress the guests, plus their breakfast eggs are supposedly powdered, but the bisquits are good.
This is an old style Res Inn and you have to walk outside to get to the gatehouse where breakfast is served.
The breakfast was very satisfactory, and our check-out lady was very professional.

I got excellent service from the manager and entire staff regarding an item I left in my room.
The front desk staff is nice and the free breakfast unusually ample: scrambled eggs with extras like cheese sauce and jalapeno peppers, hot oatmeal, even a waffle station where you could make your own from pre-measured batter in little carafes.
A good value, free internet in lobby and the front desk staff is nice.
Pros: Pool and spa are in nice condition; desk clerks are very helpful; the free breakfast is very generous and perfect for families with diverse tastes; the building setup means that only one wall per unit is shared, so it's pretty quiet.
There is an outdoor pool and a small fitness center.
Some of the units are lower rise and clustered around the pool, and might be noisier/less private.
Free wireless internet was easy to access.
The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast buffet was great.
