our recent stay in malakoff exceeded our expectations. the staff at the hotel were fantastic, especially ozzie who provided great knowledge and help for english-speaking visitors. the location was convenient, close to the city and near restaurants and a supermarket. the rooms were excellent for families, with a basic kitchen and secure carpark.

Good location, near to the metro station (if a little on the outside of the city). Our room was amazing with good facilities in the kitchenette.

The room and the bathroom were both quite small. Narrow staircase so it is a bit hard to get heavy bags up to your room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The receptionists were friendly and the hotel was kept clean. The location was convenient, as it was close to a train station. The village where the hotel is located was great, with easy access to the city. The staff, especially Ozzie, were fantastic and provided great assistance to English-speaking visitors. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.

There is Wifi included in the hotel's price, the hotel's location is comfortable: 20-30 minutes by metro to Champs-Elysees, some resaurants and brasseries in 5 minute access

The bathroom is not clean, the shower works bad, the cleaning of the room is awful, they don't change the towels, they didn't change the bed linen within 9 days! There is no air conditioner, no safe, no refrigerator. The room is extremely small so you cannot reach the other side of the bed without touching the wall. You can hear all your neighbors walking, talking, slamming their doors. You should book this hotel only if you don't have another joice. Even for 53 Eur per night this is totally unacceptable!

The hotel is quite small but ok to stay. The room is quite clean. Not many facilities but the main point is wifi is excellent. I think it's far from Paris but just 5 mins walk to the metro. I feel this area is safe too. The best point is the staffs are nice although they speak little English. Concluding if you don't mind the small hotel this one is nice.

Great location, close to metro. Welcoming and friendly staff. Good housekeeping. Convenient access to supermarket.

The staff was very helpful, the location was conveniently located relatively close to a metro station, the hotel was very easy to locate.

The room wasn't really clean, one view of the room was towards a construction site (I know it`s not their fault, but still).

The price for Paris was more than OK. People were very kind and helpfull. We were there on our Honey moon and they offered us flowers and fruits. The location was perfect, only 5 minutes from the subway and the neighborhood was peacefull. We had Super Markets and Restaurant 50 m from the Hotel. If you are looking for a good value for money, we suggest you to visit this Hotel.

Clean room, great location as a base for exploring Paris, helpful staff, private underground parking across the street. Enjoyed our time in Paris.

The rooms were very well equipped, the hotel was in a very quiet place of Paris with good accessibility to the center.

Poor furniture, view vas not so good, my room window is turned to another building, space in room is to small.

Conveniently located near metro station, bakery, and grocery shop. Clean room with daily towel and sheet service. Friendly and helpful staff fluent in English. Great access to public transportation for exploring Paris. Always a pleasure to stay at this accommodating property.
