I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, and the swimming pool offered the same breathtaking scenery. The hotel facilities were in excellent condition and very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and prompt in their communication, making me feel well taken care of. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was situated on top of almost everything and within walking distance to local shops and the lake front. Additionally, the hotel had parking facilities, which was convenient for me.

The helpful and responsive staff at Residence Celeste made our stay absolutely amazing. Their tips on getting around and assistance with checking in, including WhatsApp communication, were truly invaluable. The view of the lake and surroundings from the accommodation were absolutely stunning. I highly recommend this hotel.

A 5-minute walk from the residence is a charming little ice cream shop called Scoop Ahoy. My children absolutely loved indulging in the delicious gelato flavors and the shop's friendly atmosphere. It was the perfect treat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The staff were always welcoming and made sure to accommodate all of our preferences. It quickly became our favorite spot during our stay.

For dads, it would be great if the residence had a small playground or play area for the kids.

Everything was immaculate and I loved the basket of essentials they provided, including oil, salt, pepper, jam, and instant coffee. The kitchen was well stocked and there was even a bottle of water. The family was super helpful and gave us great suggestions, like hiring our own boat to explore the lake. The view from the large terrace overlooking the pool was breathtaking. I also appreciated the fan in the room to keep cool at night. I had an amazing time and would love to return to Residence Celeste.

For the price we paid, the value we got at Residence Celeste was impressive. The room was clean and spacious, with functional furniture. The location was perfect, with easy access to ferries and breathtaking views of the mountains and lake. The staff treated us with utmost friendliness and went above and beyond to help us with any information we needed.
