Excellent location and the hotel is very conveniently located for the central station.

The location is fantastic, parking house just next to the hotel is a great advantage and nice size rooms.

Good location, close to Central Station and we informed the hotel at booking that we would bring our baby cot for our daughter.

The location was not bad, just a short walk from the centre and a tram and bus station.

We had to pay for our taxi to the other hotel.

We had to change rooms after some controversy with the staff, our original room had a damaged toilet which even for the seasoned traveller would have posed a health risk!

Totally soulless room the sliding door to the bathroom didnt close properly and was hanging off its hinges - tiny towels as well.

Quite good location, poor equipment for a so called 4-star hotel and the double bed was very comfortable.

There bathroom had a bathtub big enough for two persons.

Rooms were clean, spacious and had good beds.

No restaurant, no room service, breakfast is 7-10am and is rubbish.

Breakfast was just fine, enough choice and a women was refilling all the time.

The breakfast was an extreme disappointment.

Belgian breakfasts are often to a very high standard, but this was not.

It just about complied with the internationally recognised "Hot Buffet Breakfast".

Good service spacious room friendly staff good location and ideal for overnight stay.

The receptionist was very friendly, but the other staff - restaurant and cleaning - were not.

The Reception area stank of cigarette smoke as a result of the receptionist chain smoking.

Location near Central Station & main shop street, all in all very good value and staff was very friendly.

Other close stops and private parking in garage next to the hotel.

Meir and 10 min to the Grote Markt), and parking next to the hotel against a limited fee.

It has a pleasant enough lobby area, but fairly hard seats.

Then our room, nothing "extraordinary" but very clean, very bright, well just perfect!

The staff were very helpful, room was clean.

Moreover tidy and the rooms were very spacious.

Good location, close to Central Station and we informed the hotel at booking that we would bring our baby cot for our daughter. An excellent deal for the price, the staff is fantastic and very large well-furnished double room.

A great location and not far from the Central Station. The hotel was clean, got a good rate 57EUR for 2 persons and the staff was verry friendly and helpfull. The room was very large, the breakfast was superb.

The pillows were tiny, our towels were a little bit smelly.

Good selection of shops and the location of the hotel was excellent. The staff were very helpful, room was clean.
