Renoir Hotel San Francisco - 旧金山

Apart from some minor sleep interruptions (we were on the second floor) - we thoroughly enjoyed the location, room and ambiance!

Wonderful location, this hotel is for city people are not scared of suburban atmosphere and refrigerator or vending machines do not work/or not filled not even able to get some watter.

The price we paid was perfectly worth it, the room was freshly renovated the receptionists were friendly and helpful, and the location perfect for tourists who want to discover San Francisco at their own rhythm.

The Bart/Muni subway is across the road making an airport run with bags really easy.

I like this hotel for its "Old Europe" charm, its central location in the center of "San Fran", from there you can reach EVERYTHING either walking or by subway, bus or tram!

I think the beds and bathroom were there more for decor as they weren't functional at all unless you just begged enough money or sold enough crack cocaine on the street out front to secure a room for the night.

But my bed had bedbugs and the beds were really small.

Even though we'd booked and paid in advance (unfortunately), upon check out we were presented with a bill for $100 charging us for the use of the camp bed in the triple room.

After much messing about they eventually put our three kids in a room with a put up bed.

Based on the dank musty smell in our room we decided to check the mattresses for bed bugs.

We ate at a wonderful restaurant not far from the hotel and very close to the Civic/Fine Arts Centers - the food was outstanding, the service impeccable, so try to have at least meal there.

The rooms are very clean, the restaurant offers a great breakfast and last week we enjoyed the barbeque ("churasco") tremendously - except that we ate far too much meat for what my doctor recommends!

We would have preferred a coffeemaker in the room, but the coffee in the hotel restaurant was good, and there was a fast food place next door where you can get coffee, too.

I think they serve breakfast everyday but Monday, and they have lunch and dinner available 6 days a week too.

The hotel cafe, located in the lobby, is very good for breakfast and lunch or just kicking back with an espresso.

While the front desk was helpful and the maid service amicable and friendly, the rest of the staff bombed.

Great value, clean rooms, excellent service, the staff was exceptional.

I sat in fear in the lobby and ran into the shuttle as it pulled up.

We always walk fast from parking area to the hotel.

Consider to ask parking info first before booking the hotel.

Although I read online that this hotel does not have wireless, they did.

I was able to connect to the hotel wireless but could not get internet.

Well functioning Hotel at a good place in San Francisco, awesome staff and very clean room.

The staff was very nice, we always had a clean room, and the lobby was nice.

The lobby is old Europe, as are the rooms -- but all were clean and tidy.

The rooms were clean (a bit outdated) but definately cleaned everyday by the staff.

Just as an aside, the rooms are always spotless and the old school showers rock!
