The gym facilities were impressive with a wide range of weight resistance machines, cardio machines, thick stretching mats and some swiss balls. The executive floor had a very fine breakfast and evening snacks with wonderfully helpful staff. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and public transportation was easily accessible.

The hotel's locker room felt institutional and unmodernized. The hotel was located away from the city center, which may not be ideal for those looking to explore the city.

Everything was super,we stayed in a room on the club floor ,so had our drinks and 1 breakfast there ,the other full breakfast we had in the restaurant ,everything was just great.The staff was very very friendly!!

Exceptional Service and Luxurious Private Facilities

We had an exquisite stay at this hotel which exceeded our expectations. The exceptional service provided by the staff was commendable. We were impressed with the luxurious private facilities, which included an exclusive lounge area, offering high-end amenities to relax and unwind. The room advantages were remarkable and the quality of the furnishings, fixtures, and fittings were top-notch.

The only minor negative aspect of our stay was the restaurant experience. Although the staff were professional and courteous, the food quality was not up to the expected standard, and the menu offered a limited selection of dishes at relatively high prices.

They offered us a "weekend package", which includes soft drinks from the mini-bar, breakfast (usually it costs 37 SFC per person) and internet (which was not free at this hotel) for 70 SFC for two person. So we enjoyed staying on the floor of club lounge, enjoyed snacks and soft drinks. It was very nice.

Though it was very nice plan offered (weekend package), free wi-fi would be nice.

Hotel is not expencive, the room is very good, american standard with two queens bed, good atmosfere in nice reception, nice book in the lobby.Nice staff.

My stay at the hotel was great, especially considering the discounted rate I got. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were impressive. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location to the GLATPARK tram station made it easy for me to travel to the city center and explore this city. Being close to the airport was a major advantage, as it saved me a lot of time and hassle. Moreover, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

Staff were very good. Its been a while since I have experienced proper customer service like this! The location was good too. right on the tram line for 2 services. - about 30mins to the city and running ever 10mins or so but also very handy to the airport.

Couple of minor things.... ordered breakfast one morning and while it was very nice it wasn't as described. and the aircon in the room. I had turned it off but 2 times a day the fan would come on for about 4hrs. as I was there for a relaxing holiday it woke me up too early. Also occasionally the smell of smoke from another room would come through the ventilation to the bathroom.

The hotel is a 20 minute tram ride to the centre of the city. The buffet breakfast, at 37 CHF, is very expensive but you can order a good breakfast from the room service menu for 12 CHF.

Very comfortable and big rooms. Really nice bed and bathroom. Nice design of all the hotel. Lots of choice in food!

Wi-Fi was extremely too expensive. Its not possible to charge customers that much for using the web. Hotel was a little bit far from the city center. Around 20-25 minutes by the tram. Hotel staff was little bit bored in helping us when asking for directions.
