  The hotel itself is generic renaissance and quite comfortable, staff at the reception are very nice, professional, the suite is spacious and comfortable, very residential in appearance. Menu items are well prepared and service is prompt and courteous.

  Very fast service and the comfortable rooms. Good blackout curtain and best breakfast ever. Excellent choice for biz traveler, pool needs a clean.

  Nice view from all rooms and train station is perfect. The hotel is awesome and the beautiful Zhongshan Park is a short walk away. The service is excellent, in addition, some receptionists on the 25/F speak too fast and the beds are fantastic as are the bathrooms.

  Ideal location for seeing, the nearby park was great to walk around in and the hotel amenities were very nice, and the staff courteous. The service was excellent, hot water was hot and the bar had a happy hour that was enjoyable and reasonable. Toilet paper was immediate and coffee served was good.

  Opposite the railway station made getting around easy, the room was huge and had great view; the bathroom was very big and has big widow, this place was just the opposite. The staff were very accommodating and the Concierge/navigator was excellent. The breakfast buffet was good.

  The location direct at the Shanghai zhongshan park metrostation, modern design and the impressive building. Clean room and the exceptional lobby presence, staff were helpful. The buffet breakfast was great ; included western Asian breakfast.

  The views from the bars and restaurants on the 25th/26th floors are very good too, design is modern, the staff are very courteous and very helpful. The room is fine and the complimentary breakfast and evening cocktails are superb. The concierge is very competent and give excellent directions and tips.
