              Restaurant very inviting areas and pioneer Square. Other staff are friendly too, the rooms are large and comfortable.

              The underground parking lot is not great and car park charge is expensive. Elevators are not clear.

              The desk area was well designed, staff at the Renaissance made our stay memorable and the front desk ladies were smiling. The room was quiet, the pillows were awesome and the food at the Madison Restaurant was fantastic. Concierge was especially helpful and the indoor pool and whirlpool were nice.

              A very nice and safe area, great business hotel, there's free wireless in the lobby. The service was excellent, concierge did a far better job in seeming friendly and pleasant, the facilities worked well for the convention I attended and the air conditioner wasn'. The food was good in the restaurants too.

              Our room was super clean and the view of the water was amazing, the design was also very attractive, the concierge staff helped us greatly and were very nice. The bed was comfortable and the complementary coffee service in the morning was great.

              The restaurant on the top floor had a spectacular view of puget sound, the most impressive service at this hotel was the concierge and the staff were very friendly. The room was nice, the breakfast in the cafe was very good.
