The location is very good and delightful hotel close to sights.
Booked a nice rate that was $280 including breakfast.
Hotel room clean, reception on arrival great and nice outdoor balcony bar/restaurant on the 6th floor overlooking the cathedral.

Getting there

From Pulkovo Airport: turn left to Pulkovskoe Shosse, at the roundabout, take the 3d exit onto Moskovski avenue, continue onto square of Moscovskie vorota and continue onto Moscovski avenue. Cross Obvodny channel and Fontanka River. Then cross Sadovaya street and continue onto Grivtsova side street. Cross Griboedova channel and then turn left to Moika river embankment. After 100m turn right to Siniy bridge, cross St. Isaac's square, turn left to Bol'shaya Morskaya street and continue onto Pochtamtskaya street.
