Renaissance Orlando Hotel Airport - 奥兰多

Great location to the airport and beautiful hotel.

Overall, the hotel has a great location near the airport and restaurants, and I'm sure it'll be very nice once the renovations are complete.

We stayed at the Orlando Renaissance Airport because we had an early morning flight.

No one goes out of their way to stay at an airport hotel.

She said that a king bed room will open up later and, if we didn't mind, we could leave our bags in the second room and freshen up and then change rooms when we returned later.

We had booked a king bed and, after checking in early at 1pm, found that not only did the front desk clerk not want to give us concierge privileges but, when we opened the door to our room, found it had 2 beds.

The beds are comfortable, the bathroom was large, there was a microwave and small refrigerator in the room, and the room had a flat screen TV.

Upon returning later that evening, the new room was ready and it did have a king bed.

It's not a large room but it had a very comfortable bed.

On-site self parking is complimentary and the restaurant Forbe's Place is one of the best I've eaten at.

Room was clean, the food was good at the restaurant and front desk check-in was easy and friendly.

Oodles of nice clean towels and great bar great food.

The lounge was also very appealing and inviting and the bar staff were very attentive without being annoying.

But again, I was blown away by the great service from the wait staff.

The price was extremely reasonable, the lobby had me fooled because looks very nice and front desk staff were efficient.

The front desk and restaurant have been relocated to banquet rooms without an impact to service.

Service: The staff at this hotel was wonderful and a bright spot.

Recreation facilities include an Outdoor Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna and Fitness Center.

Kind of small pool with views of the parking lot.

Sauna was broken and small fitness center.

Hotel was nice, the staff was very helpful and the room was very clean.

The room was very comfortable, soap made us wonder we had clean sheets and check-in was quick.

Our room was very spacious, attractive, clean and comfortable.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the bath was clean.

With that said, room was clean, pool was nice, staff went out of there way.
