Great and absolutely perfect location near City Centre, public parking on site. A Nespresso machine and a mini bar in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Pleasant view of the lake.

This place was in a great location, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff here were fantastic - extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with all the amenities you could need.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Convenient location, Very nice/bright/clean room, very good breakfast

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Renaissance in Lucerne. The location was absolutely fantastic, with the main train station and plenty of shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The convenience was unmatched. Our deluxe room was spacious, with a huge bathroom and a very comfortable king-size bed. The breakfast served at the restaurant next door was exceptional, with a great variety of options including made-to-order eggs and pancakes. The staff, particularly Lucas, Fredrick, Katherine, Anna Maria, and Chiang. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as the lack of temperature control and noise from the road when the window was open, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this cozy and beautiful hotel. we had a great experience at Renaissance Lucerne Hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Also, location was nice and ideal, just 5 minutes walk from a covered wooden footbridge. It was short distance from a chapel and monuments where we were going. The breakfast meal was generous and delicious with eggs, omelets and also options to order coffee.

Convenient location, 5 mins walk from train station. Friendly staff, helpful with local recommendations. Clean, well-equipped room with comfortable bed. Great value for money.

Nothing, they putt me on top on a disco bar. I coule not get some sleep because of the loudness of the music. It is a shame. They did nothing to lower the sound despite my several request. No manager was on duty officially. How can you rent so expensive room and and purposely make guest room on top of a night club? And nobody warned us. We arrive early so it is not because it was the last room available. The manager was supposed to call me back, he never did. It is a rip off. Shame on them.

We decided to spend few days during our honeymoon in this beautiful hotel. We realy liked the complimentry gift offered by the hotel. Friendly Staff. Awsome room design. Clean, comfortable bed. We were afraid from the noise of the near Train Station but this was never noticed during our stay. It is an amazing hotel and this what made our honeymoon special and unforgetable.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Lucerne and was truly impressed. The best aspects were the cleanliness of the rooms, the hotel facilities, and the helpfulness of the staff. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the hotel had great amenities. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to assist me during my stay.

An extremely well appointed room with high quality fittings. Furthermore, it was very tastefully decorated. The location was excellent.

The room looked out into an enclosed service area, as well as a small window in a luggage stowage area. The small window had no covering, which was a little disconcerting at times as there was no privacy.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the main tree-lined boulevard, and the city center and the main station. My room included a Nespresso machine and a mini bar. The entire staff were very welcoming.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the facilities was exceptional. The hotel had everything I needed, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, as it was close to the Old Town, Chapel Bridge, and the railway station. It was also very convenient to explore the city center and even reach the lake within a short distance. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. I was impressed by the level of service and the comfort of the hotel.

For Standard King Room: Quality facility, furniture Comfortable Bed, Quilt and Pillow Towel rack with heating function 4. Good breakfast but same things to eat every morning (we stayed there for 4 nights) Generally decent 4 stars Hotel

For Standard King Room: Very limited room space, even hard to find place to open the case. Shower room is quit small and open design, water easily splash out.
