  The beach in front of the hotel is the best part of lamai noi beach and staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, food is good.

  The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, our room was kept clean and fresh fruit appeared, we booked a pool villa was really spacious and comfortable.

  Small road to the hotel could be kept in better condition/cleanness and the beach was rocky and mediocre. Beverage was a little overpriced.

  S only 10 min away from busy area of chaweng, very nice hotel and the food at all venues within this resort is absolutely beautiful. The staff are superb and rooms are comfortable and kept very clean. The breakfast is complete, pool is excellent.

  Good location, relaxed atmosphere and the amazing staff were consistently friendly. Our room was beautiful and special thanks to the pool bar team really did a great job. The food at the restaurants was excellent.

  Highly motivated hotel personnel and friendly staff. Room facilities are good and the Tawann restaurant menu needs to be updated. Massures at spa are trained.

  Location is away from the main happening area main market of lamai, since taxis are expensive on the island and lamai Beach is not the beautiful beach you see in pitcures of Thailand.

  Thanks for the pleasant stay, excellent service and we really liked the luxuriously big bed. The fresh orchid on the pillow at night and fabulous breakfast buffet. Fantastic dinner at tawann and good vegetarian options.

  Very quiet place and the beach is excelent for small kids, staff is wonderful, our room was upgraded to a villa is kinda nice and the room design. The breakfast is awesome and the swimming pool is great.

  The pool area was comfortable and the beach was very quite and nice. All hotel staff were excellent, the service from Renaissance Koh Samui was great as well and b manager was very friendly and attentive to all the guest. The rooms were beautifully furnished, the breakfast was good and the dinners were exquisite. The spa was wonderful.

  Liked the secluded location, a premium of about bt100 for a proper taxi and the pool near the beach was also relatively uncrowded and lovely. This hotel was absolutely beautiful and service and food was excellent at the in house restaurants. Staff were courteous and pleasant, the room was well maintained and the furniture was decent, nice pillows and the mosquito nets were working very good. Breakfast was great.

  Beautiful beach and just the sounds of nature and the occasional vehicle in the distance. An outdoor dining area and hotel was bright. The staff were super nice/friendly/helpful and the food from the room service was great. Spa all were very nice.
