Location is convenient, this hotel has great weekend rates and the price is reasonable.
A nice location only if you're on a business trip and your office is located in Greenway Plaza, as the hotel is connected to the underground corridors.
The hotel is in a great location, huge floor-to-ceiling windows let in a lot of light.
This hotel is in a great location and the rooms are big.
Good location and a little dry goods store.
2) left bags with bellman when checking out but when wanted to collect them it took 40 minutes and then had to go and collect them myself.

1) Parking although plentiful has terrible height restrictions so if you drive a SUV you cannot park in the multi story parking and must use valet.
Professional place, staff was friendly and helpful, the room was large enough and clean.
Clean updated bath, the food always arrives hot and delicious, outdoor pool.
Rooms are clean, the outdoor pool is reasonably-sized.
The room felt clean and the elevators seemed a bit dated -- kind of ran a little jumpy.
A welcome addition gets hot, the night staff was very pleasant and helpful, the room was very clean.
