Great shops, excellent hotel and regular tourists to women in amazing evening gowns in the lobby.
Good service, quiet room and hot snacks in the evening.
Our room had views of downtown LA on clear days and hollywood skyline was huge.

Some good shops in the centre including a huge sephora and a virgin megastore, awesome hotel, the staff were polite and helpful. The room was quiet.

Bathroom well designed and spotless, fruit and cold drinks available throughout the day. Good pool.

I would never stay there again just isn' and not worth for the price. The staff seems inexperienced and poorly trained, rude and cold employees.

Only one stop away from universal and cheap, one square block, the pool is located on the 5th level and has a view as well. The place is getting better and for such price at least wifi could be complimentary. The staff are very friendly, concierge are really helpful and the rooms are big.
