Location was good. Bar and dining available for hungry guests.

Staff was mediocre, rooms were okay, but not as good as I expected.

          Clean, good sized bathroom

Front desk staff were very unhelpful and unfriendly. Booked a month and a half in advance requesting two double beds and upon arrival was told that they were fully booked and couldn't guarantee 2 double beds. Would have stayed elsewhere if the opportunity to do so was available. Very expensive fees for parking and internet access. Would not recommend this hotel to any traveller!

The staff was excellent. We had requested a room with double beds but when we checked in there were no more available but they completely made up for it by upgrading us to a very large room with 1 king size bed and 1 pull-out ccouch bed. The room was awesome for my family of 4. Also everything was very clean and the bathroom was very pretty.

The main complaint that I had was that the pool and workout area was closed due to a flood. I understand that stuff like that happens but still very disappointing for a family with small children. Also the way from the parking garage to the lobby was not very clearly marked.

The big window right next to the bed (14th floor), the spacious bathroom, the breakfast room (real silverware! Not disposable), the proximity to the rail station (although a long ride to downtown chicago)

          It's not downtown..

          Luxurious Hotel. Big room.

Staff said the parking was free, but at the end of our stay, we had to pay around $75 for three days. At least, I expected the staff to be honest with what need to be paid... WiFi isn't free. I can't believe you have to pay for WiFi when you spend more than $200/night.

          My room was excellent.

The work out area was a huge disappointment...I Would not stay again because the gym was so small especially for the cost of the room I expected much better facility. I was also disappointed that they did not offer a shuttle to Rosemont Expo center. I drove to the Hilton parked for free and took their shuttle..again a huge disappointment wouldn't stay again and would not recommend anyone staying whom is working at the Expo center.

The Room was very, very nice there was a Starbucks in the lobby (Restaurant was too expensive, funny that "Starbucks" would be concidered cheap)

The price of the pay tv ($17.95 for one movie?) should be $10 or under Charging for Wi-Fi ($17.95 a day?) should be free These prices of the restaurant were a bit high ($18.00 for 2 eggs and toast?) waaaaay over priced the price of the parking ($24.00 a day?) Should be cheaper I know I sound cheap but, these things add up fast.

The room was very modern, clean, and comfortable. The hotel itself had an upscale feel with a nice looking lobby and bar area. It was also a plus to have a Starbucks right in the building. The price of the room itself seemed fair for what the facilities were.

The location was somewhat awkward to find and get to, since there are very few signs for it when coming in across the parking lots to enter. Also, the parking fees were exorbitant, especially with the lot being mostly empty. The daily wi-fi charge was also annoyingly high as well.

Good situation just near the "L" station, which relies O'Hare airport to Chicago downtown. It is just 5min from O'Hare, and 30min to downtown the "Loop". The "L" blue line is ON 24H/24, so you can go downtown for a tour and dinner and come back to the hotel very easily and cheap. The hotel is comfortable and clean. Nice room similar to european standards 4*.

Unfortunatelly they do not have restaurant, which is the only negative point because no breakfast provided. But there is a Starb*** coffee near the reception desk, for those who likes this.

          Close to airport

Extra charges for internet and parking by the time we left after only 3 days my bill went from 465 to nearly 680. $3 for a small bottle of diet coke and $4 for a bottle of water is total rip off.

Terrifying! Really really much! It was absolutely unsafe with bad and terrifying intruders knocking loudly and thrilly at the guestroom door around 3am. There were 2 big body men without uniform of the hotel (absolutely no indication of the hotel"s staff or security). The two men were in the position of raid; one knocked the door intensively, and the other stood and guarded the elevator way. The hotel manager did not take the report seriously at all; he responded to it as a joke. Terribly angering!! He got suggested to review the hotel's security surveillance camera. After all, it is totally disappointing as a mid-scaled hotel. All the back doors were not secured; they were always unlocked.

The suites were great for a group of 5 consisting of 4 men and 1 woman, all friends! Although our suite was missing bedding for the pull out and it took 3 calls, we only had 1 regular coffee for morning and no shampoo but 2 conditioners the manager compensated by comping our breakfast. We were very pleased overall with our accomodations and Jennifer's attention and response to our concerns. THanks!!!!!
