      • Service at front desk and concierge was friendly, the room we I stayed in was clean and comfortable.
      • Also historical houses, the price at times seems high and again free Internet in there lobby too.
      • The service was very good, the bathroom was clean and updated.

          And an excellent location, great hotel and historical houses. Nice for the price, the lobby is tasteful and has an intimate feel, unlike, all of the staff is super friendly. Rooms are small, clean.

          Good location, one block from king street, great Place and stylish exterior and lobby. Wonderful service all around and comfortable beds. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

          That being said, the view from my room was surprisingly disappointing, the location was the best of any hotel in Charleston and every staff member was really nice. Bed was very comfortable, the meal was very good.

          The upside on the Renaissance Charleston is that the rooms are nice and the location is great, the Starbucks on site is just a small 'coffee' only bar at the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful.

          Wonderful location, great Value/Thin Walls and many of the staff wished us a happy anniversary. Bathroom had nice amenities, the concierge was fabulous and helped up make reservations at 2 fabulous restaurants.

          There's a fantastic little gellato and sandwhich shop i believe on kings street, just don't stay at the Holiday Inn Historic District hotel.
